Role Overview
As our Social Media & Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing the voice of CNESS across platforms. Your job is to make CNESS feel human, inspiring, and engaging — from post to post, and interaction to interaction. You’ll grow our community presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, turning strategy into scroll-stopping content and community energy.
This role is pivotal in making CNESS a known brand among purpose-driven individuals and organizations around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute the monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube
Collaborate with the in-house design and content teams to shape powerful storytelling and campaigns
Manage and grow early-stage community engagement initiatives, spotlight stories, and feedback loops
Be the voice of the brand in DMs, comments, and live threads, ensuring warmth and alignment
Track performance metrics and report content impact monthly to leadership
Drive amplification of product launches, certification campaigns, and user stories
Required Qualifications & Experience
4–7 years of experience in social media management and/or digital community engagement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent
Strong understanding of platform-native content behaviors and digital storytelling
Hands-on experience with content tools like Buffer, Later, Canva, and Meta Suite
Ability to write platform-appropriate, authentic copy and understand audience engagement dynamics
